Devonport Stamp & Collectables Club Inc.

Based on the North West coast of Tasmania, the Devonport Stamp Club caters for a wide range of interests, from  basic stamp collecting to serious philately.

Regular discussions include topics such as contemporary philatelic developments and facts, arranging and preserving collections, identification of unusual stamps, selection and use of equipment, purchasing and marketing of items.  Experienced and junior members work together to make each meeting a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Some collecting interests include specific countries and time periods, mini-sheets, covers, cinderella’s, militaria, post cards, and historical documents.  Each meeting usually includes an auction giving the opportunity to buy and sell items.
